Data Processing Consent

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby, as a data subject, freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, give my consent to AlfaHost LLC (Georgia, registration number 400433090, address: Tbilisi, Georgia, email: support@alfahost.io, data protection contact: dpo@alfahost.io) for the processing of my personal data under the terms set out below.

1. What Data May Be Processed

I consent to the processing of the following categories of personal data that I provide directly or that are generated in the course of using AlfaHost services:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone number, if provided;
  • username / account data;
  • payment and billing data;
  • order, invoice, and payment history;
  • IP addresses, technical service parameters, access logs, and event logs;
  • correspondence with technical support and other requests;
  • any other data necessary for entering into and performing a contract, providing services, and complying with legal requirements.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

This consent is given for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

  • registration of an account and user identification;
  • entering into, performing, and terminating a service agreement;
  • provision of hosting services, servers, domains, SSL certificates, and other AlfaHost services;
  • payment processing, invoicing, accounting, and tax compliance;
  • technical support, handling requests, and sending notifications;
  • ensuring infrastructure security, preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • compliance with applicable legal requirements;
  • sending service-related notifications concerning services, account security, payments, and service operation;
  • sending informational and marketing communications — only if I have separately given my consent for this, where such consent is required.

3. Actions Performed with Personal Data

I consent to the following actions being performed with my personal data, with or without the use of automation tools:

  • collection;
  • recording;
  • systematization;
  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • clarification (updating, modification);
  • retrieval;
  • use;
  • transfer (provision, access) to third parties to the extent necessary for service provision;
  • anonymization;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction.

4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

I understand and agree that AlfaHost may transfer my personal data to third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including:

  • data centers and infrastructure providers;
  • network and telecommunications providers;
  • payment providers and billing services;
  • monitoring, security, and attack protection services;
  • contractors and technical partners engaged in service delivery.

Such transfer shall be carried out where appropriate legal grounds exist and with the application of reasonable data protection measures.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

I am informed that, depending on the infrastructure and service providers used, some personal data may be processed in other jurisdictions where necessary for the provision of AlfaHost services. In such cases, AlfaHost applies reasonable legal and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

6. Term of Consent

This consent shall remain valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until this consent is withdrawn, unless further retention of data is required by law, for the performance of a contract, dispute resolution, or compliance with accounting, tax, or other mandatory obligations.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to: dpo@alfahost.io.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal. Where processing is necessary for contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, security, or the protection of AlfaHost’s legitimate interests, certain data may continue to be processed on other legal grounds provided by applicable law.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

I understand that I have the right to:

  • request information about the processing of my personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of data in cases provided by law;
  • restrict processing in cases provided by law;
  • object to processing where applicable;
  • withdraw consent;
  • file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
